Wolf Wilderness Recreation Trail promotes a better world!

Working together to maintain and enhance the WWRT now and for future generations of the community to use and enjoy for year round outdoor exercise, sports activities, hunting and fishing, and appreciation of nature.  Connecting the communities of Winneconne, Butte des Morts, and the Oshkosh area through trails and healthy living.

“Friends of the Wolf Wilderness Recreation Trail” meeting on Wed., Aug. 20 at 6:30. at the Winneconne Town Hall located on the corner of Highway 116 and M.  All are invited to attend.    

Don’t miss the opportunity to participate in a FUN family event this summer organized by the Wolf Wilderness Recreation Trail Committee.

Help the WWRT committee raise funds to maintain the trail around the wetland area along Hwy 116 and County Road S near Winneconne and Butte des Morts.

Event Details: DOG WALK!!

Date: Saturday August 9th

Time: Registration opens at 9:00, event at10:00 am

Place: Park and Ride County S and Hwy 116

Entry Fee: $20.00 per family

Activities: Pet Photo’s and dog training demonstrations

Give aways: Goodie bags for each family

Dogs are FREE during the event.

We are encouraging you to bring your dog for this walk, but they are not required to participate.
